Introduction

Thank you for your interest in becoming a SmartBridge Community Group Leader. We are excited for you to start this journey - you'll meet some great people along the way, inspire your local community, expand your members' knowledge, and blaze many trails! As a Community Group Leader, your mission will be to:

  • Create and foster a thriving community
  • Engage with your community through events
  • Provide educational opportunities
  • Partner closely with the SmartBridge Community Team

Code of Conduct

As a Community Group Leader, you must agree to the following:

  • Honor your role with honesty, transparency, and trust.
  • Respect your community members at all times.
  • Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
  • Step down considerately if you can no longer lead.
  • Keep community information safe and confidential.
  • Use approved SmartBridge tools and resources.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest.

Community Group Eligibility

  • Be active in the Salesforce ecosystem & foster sharing and learning.
  • Have relevant knowledge or experience for your group type.
  • Already lead or co-lead the community group.
  • Maintain a public Trailhead profile (with photo & About Me).
  • Limit of 4 active leaders per group.

Program Policies

  • Hold events regularly (at least one per quarter).
  • All events must be free for members.
  • Leaders are responsible for their event content.
  • Follow SmartBridge branding guidelines.
  • Community Team will review misconduct reports.

Engaging with Partners

Partners may sponsor venues, food, or speakers, but the community must remain vendor-neutral. Sponsorships must not compromise community neutrality or inclusivity.
